Group A R was established by shree R. M. Shah in 1974 by the name of Ashish Cable Corporation at Gandhi Road Ahmedabad. Majorly trading into Electrical Cables and Wires at that time. The vision of shree R M Shah was to expand into Electrical Distribution Business and to be one of the leading Electrical Product Distributors in western part of India. With this vision the following companies were established later.
