The doctors will not provide prescriptions diagnosis or handle medical emergency situations but are intended to be available for consultation 24/7/365 for their information Patients (iPatients) duplicating the complete patient-doctor interaction through video audio collaboration tools iPHR for record keeping patient case management and maintaining transcriptions of sessions. Additionally they will have access to a bevy of super specialists for advanced consultations where required so they can provide the best quality of interactions possible all at a cost that is less than a dollar per minute. The principals behind this effort are serial entrepreneurs and have over 100 years of experience in the software and healthcare industry. They have put together their diverse experiences and that of a healthcare advisory board made up of medical professionals for the US and India in creating TeleDocs.
