The Canon Capital and Finance Ltd. was promoted by professional chartered accountant Mr. Harnarayan J. Patel and Mr. Nitin V.Patel (Instrumentation Engineer) in 1994 to Acquire a trading membership of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd. And National Stock Exchange Ltd. Accordingly M/s.Canon Capital And Finance Ltd. acquired the membership in the Year 1995 with Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd. And started addressing the needs of Small investors in and around Ahmedabad and different parts of Gujarat. The company further decided to expand its activities and reach large no. of investors In different parts of the Gujarat decided to acquire a membership of National Stock Exchange Ltd. And accordingly company became a corporate member on 1st February 1996 incashsegment. Further in 2003 company also became a member of derivatives Segment and in 2008 avail the membership of National Stock Exchange currency derivatives.
