CBRE India has undertaken more than 1800 consulting and valuation assignments valued over 36000 properties across all real estate asset classes transacted more than 85 million sq. ft. of space and marketed over 10 million sq. ft. of projects (office & retail) across major cities. We have also provided Project Management for over 102 million sq. ft. of space and currently have a portfolio of over 120 million sq. ft. under Facilities & Property Management.
