Dharti Proteins Limited was originally incorporated on 28th September 1994 in the name of Devika Finstocks Ltd. The name of the company was changed to Devika Proteins Ltd. w.e.f. 18th September 1998 as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1956 set up with the objective of trading and exporting edible / non edible oil oil cakes de-oiled cake and other agricultural products by the TJR Group of Ahmedabad the group is well-established name in the edible oils business for over 70 years. The name of the company was changed to Dharti Proteins Ltd. w.e.f. 22nd July 2011.
