Virendra Rawat is a multitasking person having interests in diverse areas i.e. Education Environment Global Policies Travel and Tourism Social Empowerment and Emerging Technologies . He has started his career as Head- CRM with an Ahmedabad based leading CRM outsourcing Company after graduation. Prior of this job he has struggled a lot towards searching the right job. After leaving the job from the CRM Company he has started working as a Corporate Trainers for CRM. He has trained many corporate houses and Government departments including BSNL Reliance Group Department of Education of Government of Gujarat and Gujarat Police. After training the people who were already on job he went further down to train the people who were seeking the job especially enhancing employability skills. He has trained more than 10 thousand young college going students from Science Engineering Arts and Commerce streams in the area of employability skills. During the Employability Enhancement training program he has started working with the school teachers and students. He has conducted more than 5 lakh student's mass IQ test in association with the Dainik Bhaskar ( a leading Gujarati daily ) and Gujarat Education Board. The result of that mass IQ test was not satisfying which has raised many questions in his mind. After that he has started looking for right answers of these questions raised by the result of IQ test. He has stated working with students teachers and school administrators. He has trained more than 20 thousands educators from various schools within the period of 3 years across the Gujarat.
