Gujarat Chemical Association

Gujarat Chemical Association was established in 1947 by a group of far-sighted individuals who could visualize the imminent change in the industrial scenario of the nation that had recently gained independence. A small seed that was planted six decades back has grown into a strong entity that represents the interest of entire gamut of chemical and related product industries. Currently the organization has support from majority members of the Chemicals and Petrochemicals Dyes and Dyestuff Pharmaceuticals Pesticides and Agrochemicals sectors. GCA enjoys the corporate support from members like Reliance Essar Nirma Zydus Cadila Torrent Claris Dishman Pharma GHCL GSFC GNFC GACL IFFCO etc. GCA also has many members from trading community including the Exporters and Importers. The organization has continually played a vital and significant role in providing its opinion and expertise to various Govt agencies and policy makers to ensure the growth of Chemical Industry in the State. GCA (through its members' participation) has been in the fore front of phenomenal growth and development of Chemical Industry in Gujarat State. It is actively engaged in giving impetus to all the efforts of the state government to meet their defined objectives for the chemical industry.
