I n the then bilingual Bombay State the Registration Tribunal was constituted by Bombay Govt. Health and Local Government Department Resolution No. 6127/33 dated. 29th July 1949 under sub-section(1) of section-30 of the Act as under for the preparation of First Register of Pharmacists under the Act.
