CS Hitesh D. Buch is a Graduate in Management (B.B.A.) and Law (Special) and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) having overall experience of more than 31 years. He possesses more than 24 years post qualification experience as Company Secretary. He started his career with Reserve Bank of India in 1983 and switched to the profession in 1989 on acquiring the membership of the ICSI. After working in industry for about five years he joined the practicing side of the profession in 1995. He possesses wide spectrum exposure and rich experience in all the spheres of corporate secretarial and legal matters. He has appeared before Securities Appellate Tribunal Securities & Exchange Board of India and Consumer Courts. He is regualarly appearing before Company Law Board. He has been contributing as an active member since last about 21 years to the activities of the ICSI at Chapter and Regional level. He is a regular faculty for programs and training sessions conducted by ICSI - Ahmedabad Chapter. He has addressed the students and members of the ICSI at various conferences seminars and workshops. He has held membership and chairmanship of various Committees at ICSI -Ahmedabad Chapter and also at ICSI - WIRC.
