HomeNet South Asia Trust

HomeNet South Asia since (2000) was functioning as a project supported by SEWA and UNIFEM. It was in-house at SEWA and was coordinating with country HomeNets on the programme for homebased workers. In spite of being a project; HomeNet South Asia played role as coordinating agency to bring country HomeNets and homebased workers together in the region. With the passage of time; formalization was demanded for larger role and visibility of HomeNet South Asia. On 19th October 2006 HomeNet South Asia Trust got registered as a charitable Trust in Mauritius and its Liaison office stationed in Ahmedabad India.
