Mr Sudhir converted his dreams into reality by expanding service offering of Kanada & Co with planning designing architecture & interior. He also went one step ahead by establishing proprietary firm called \ Sudhir Kanada \ which focused on estimation and valuation of Immovable Properties for nationalized and other financial institutions. Today Kanada & Co and Sudhir Kanada (proprietary firm) is known for their approachability and professional services.
