The company was incorporated on 29th January 1992 as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1956 set up with the objective of manufacturing trading and exporting edible / non edible oil oil cakes de-oiled cake and other agricultural products promoted by the TJR Group of Ahmedabad the company is well-established name in the edible oils business for over 70 year. The company flagged off commercial operation at its factory at Naroda ( Ahmedabad ) in September 1994 further its capacity with the establishment of a fully automatic turnkey castor seed processing complex. The company is well-entrenched in the edible oils business and also had been conferred with a government recognized trading status during 1995-96 by the Ministry of Commerce Government of India.
