Mr. Kavin Dineshkumar Dave is a founder of K. D. Dave & Co. Chartered Accountants. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has qualified as a Chartered Accountant after graduation from Mumbai University in 1995. He has done his schooling from I. B. Patel Vidhyalaya Goregaon (W) Mumbai which is one of the oldest and best Gujarati medium school of Mumbai. He is graduated in 1995 from Mumbai University by securing distinction and studied commerce from Narsee Monjee (N.M.) College of Commerce & Economics Vile Parle (W) Mumbai which is one of the most respected and reputed commerce college of Mumbai. He is also an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2000. During his professional studies he has undertaken article ship training with U.S.Shah & Co. Chartered Accountants one of the oldest firm of Chartered Accountants. Also he has undertaken various industrial and other trainings in various functional areas of the business. During the span of training he has gained working experience in the areas of taxation internal audit internal control company law statutory audit business laws trust audit and compliances commercial advisory etc. areas. He has started his professional career from 1997 by joining Phthalo Colours & Chemicals (I) Ltd. flagship Company of Nanavati Group a diversified Mumbai based business house and positioned as Sr. Accounts Officer. Mr. Kavin Dave has shown his ability by taking over various functional responsibilities and handled successfully complex business transactions and admiring same he has been scaled up at regular intervals by the promoters of the group. During 2006 he has been promoted as Chief Executive Officer & Company Secretary of the Company. He remained associated as CEO & Company Secretary with Nanavati Group till March 2010. Thereafter he has ventured into independent practice and consultancy at Ahmedabad Gujarat. He is having rich experience of running industry and business finance & banking and handling commercial transactions. He is having a focus into business advisory management consultancy audit and other commercial advisory. He started his practice with single client i.e. his Past Employer group and today he has expanded and added clients from and across various fields in India as well as abroad also.
