M/S Minaxi Textiles Ltd. is a public limited company incorporated on March 14 1995 prior to that the company ran under partnership. The company is engaged in weaving of Synthetic Grey cloth of Suiting & Shirting and also supplying uniform to government and semi-government department under tenders floated by them. The company has 30 year contract of Aditya Birla Group to weave Linen for them. Minaxi Textiles Limited also covers local market of fabric in major cities in India. Mr. Kanubhai Patel the founder of the company was the Chairman and Managing Director till year 2006-07 before he retired. In 2009 new management took charge and Mr. Bharatbhai Patel became Managing Director. Under the expert leadership of Mr. Bharatbhai Patel growth of Minaxi Textiles Ltd crossed unprecedented figures of 380 million in 2011. The company has increased strength of weaving machine in last two consecutive years and will still keep doing till end of next year. The company was established in order to supply fabric with quality at very competitive prices. From the outset Minaxi Textiles has had an immediate impact on the market. Offering a wide range of fabrics at affordable prices helps foster current designers and recent customers. Our target sales market has grown to include both India and outside of India and we are pleased with the response that we get now.
