The activities of this organization were initiated by late Dr. Biharibhai Kanaiyalal an eminent industrialist and philanthropist of Ahmedabad and late Shri Harivadanbhai M. Joshi. Shri Kailasbhai N. Shah the Chairman of Nutan Nagarik Sahakari Bank Ltd.is the president of NASEOH (Gujarat) and the governing council consists of doctors advocates engineers chartered accountants social workers and businessmen. The activities of assessment treatment and special education undertaken at NASEOH (Gujarat) are provided by a team of committed and qualified medical and paramedical professionals and special educators.
