Rajendra Kumar Saini

The firm is established recently but the founder Mr. RAJENDRA SAINI is not new to the profession of Chartered Accountancy. He has become C.A. in the year 1995. Initially for 2 years he was employed in a Merchant Banking Company (Somani Investment & Capital Finance Limited) as a Project Executive handling the portfolio of IPO management from initial to end point covering liaison with ROC SEBI Banks Stock Exchanges Registrars to the issue and other activities attached to an IPO. In 1997 He joined JAIN SETH & CO. a C.A. firm which was established in 1983 having its office at Bhavnagar in Gujarat. Mr. R.K. Saini joined the firm as partner and in-charge of its branch at Ahmedabad being opened and supervised by him. Later on Ahmedabad Branch became Head Office of the Firm. Mr. R.K. Saini had remained incharge of the Ahmedabad office throughout his continuation of association with the firm. During his association with the firm the firm has new heights in diversified area of practice. He had conducted all type of Audit & Assurance Taxation Legal Consultancy and Other diversified activities.
