We all agree that 'education' is a noble cause. We at RED CIRCLE strongly believe that in globally emergent India education is the most empowering tool for growth and development. Growth and development of the nation is hinged on the sound academic foundation we can give to our future generations. And it begins early; as early as the preschool. Hence a lot of thought and research has gone into formulating our philosophy for preschool education that will emanate from our centres of education. Each creation of God is unique. We adults are the trustees of the new generation that is in our care. We must therefore exercise great care while designing the school programs for our little ones. Our philosophy is based upon the extensive work done by two stalwarts in this field – Howard Gardener & Dr. Maria Montessori. Gardener's theory of multiple intelligences states that each human being is unique in terms of having a set of potential abilities in different domains. A child quick at multiplication may not necessarily be more intelligent than the one who is slow at it; for the second one might master spellings faster or draw more creatively. If we recognize these individual differences we help the cause of education in 2 ways
