When one man is educated one family is educated but when one woman is educated whole society is educated. According to this statement Shri Sabarmati Kelvani Trust was established in the year of 1961 on Mahatma Gandhis Karmabhoomi Sabrmati by his one of the follower Shri Chimanlal Nagindas Shah. That was the era when society didnt give so much of importance to the woman & especially girls education Shri Chimanlal Shah pioneered the woman education in the sabarmati area with the motto of primary education to the woman as a welfare activity.
