Prasad N. Bhatt Advocate has started his law practice since more than 35 years without being a Junior Advocate of anyone and self-made person. By his sincere hard working and to be honest with the profession he achieved a good practice of repute. Countless nights and mornings has been spent by Editor & Compiler Mr. Prasad N. Bhatt Advocate going through law journals to keep him updated on relevant law points and understanding the matters which are being pursued by him in the Court and takes days of reading forgoing valuable time for family and social commitments in the quest for excellence and quality deliverable for the client's matter. His journey of more than 35 years as a practicing Advocate has evolved over a period enlightening and enthralling him as he kept studying and understanding law through various law journals to represent his client's matters before the Court for proper and just adjudication of cases and for assists the Bench in speedy disposal of the cases and in preventing bogus frivolous or meritless litigation from approaching the Court. After having realized the importance of the citations he started compiling various citations by researching from various journals for his ready reference since 2000 He felt that the lack of requisite knowledge of relevant citations permits thousands of bogus frivolous or meritless litigations to waste precious time and resources of our judiciary and have resulted in increase of huge burden on the High Courts and the Supreme Court. As the relevant judgements of the High Courts and the Supreme Court would not have been either referred before the trial courts or interpreted properly this leaves ample scope for appeal or revision to the higher courts. The Supreme Court and the High Courts also have to remand many matters as the relevant facts and law points would not have been considered at the stage of the trial or the first appeal. On knowing about and reading his compilations of important citations on different law points certain senior Advocates and fellow Advocates suggested him to publish the same. Hence he has decided to publish this compilation of select citations on certain law points which affect about 70% of the civil court litigations. Before short listing the judgements for this Compilation he has read each of this shortlisted judgement five-seven times
