Organization came into existence in 1985 with the name \Sun Enterprise\. Sun Enterprise started with Sandvik Coromant. Sun Enterprise was growing time by time and acquiring more products like Loctite Adhesive Products Bahco cutting tools Rohm Clamping devices Dormer cutting tools. In second month of 1996 Sun Enterprise becomes Private Limited and registered as \Shil Trade Pvt. Ltd.\. Shil Trade Pvt. Ltd continues the success story and growth of Sun Enterprise. In 2003 Shil Trade Pvt. Ltd has opened it's second branch in Ahmedabad. Shil trade Pvt. Ltd has added more feathers in 2006 to the crown by acquiring the Dealership of Loctite Adhesive Products for Ahmedabad Bharuch and Surat region. It has also acquired the distribution ship of Makino machines and Snap on Pneumatic Tools for whole Gujarat Region.
