The Company was incorporated in the name of Smitesh Chemicals Pvt. Limited on 25th October 1990 vide certificate of incorporation no.04-14567 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat and the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed on 24th October 1995 as Dhvanil Chemicals Limited. Recently the name of the Company was changed as Shrey Chemicals Limited on 12th January 2012. The Company has been promoted by Shree Smitesh V. Zaveri Smt. Sejal S. Zaveri And Smt. Rajulben V. Zaveri. The object to the Company is manufacturing of Aluminum Chloride. The Company has gained sound expertise and experience in manufacturing of Aluminum Chloride. The Company began its commercial operations on 10.6.92 and came in the public issue in April 1996. Due to failure of the project the company has faced highly financial crises in 1997 onwards. In the year 2007 the company has made some changes in the management and started the trading activities. Due to efforts of the management the company has achieved the turnover of Rs. 2202367 and net profit of Rs. 100441 in year 2010 as against the NIL turnover and net Loss of Rs. 194685 in year 2009.
