Mr. Rambhagat Singh Puniya is an MBA (Operations) who was working at Birla Cellulosic (A unit of Grasim Industries limited) as aGeneral Shift technician in Viscose department for a period of over 11 years before he joined Lucid Colloids Ltd. Jodhpur as a Sr. Technical Engineer in the Maintenance & Utility Dept. handling all the Guar manufacturing operations for a period of more than 3 years. His technical expertise in Guar Gum manufacturing process has won him laurels through his illustrious career. He has given consultations to various companies across India on plant operations and manufacturing process. During his stint at Birla Cellulosic he was awarded several Honors such as Best Kizen (Dec. 2002) Highest Number of Kaizens (Dec. 2003) Champion of Champions & Best Team Member (Dec. 2004). He was awarded the WCM Quiz WINNER(Dec. 2004) at the World Class Manufacturing Process Quiz held at Birla cellulosic which witnessed a participation of over 350 members. Mr. Saahil Patel hails from a family associated with manufacturing Guar Gum & derivatives since 1964. After completing his Bachelors in Engineering (Telecommunications) from the reputed PES Institute of Technology in Bangalore Mr. Patel was working at the Indian Space Research Organisation as a Technical Engineer. He is one of the youngest entrepreneurs to have stepped into the Guar Gum industry in 2010 to take the reins of the family business. Joined in as the CEO of the esteemed Saahil Organics Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as PariChem (India)) he initiated the exports to various countries like Australia Canada USA Turkey & China. During his tenure at SOPL the company saw a growth of more than 300%. The Guar Gum market was very volatile during this period but his perseverance to providing quality solutions to various clients the Oil & Natural gas drilling industry saw him steer the company through high risk transactions. Under his guidance a variety of cheaper substitutes for Guar Gum were developed at SOPL for the textile industry in India & abroad.
