Solar Water Energy Llc

In 2008 Battah formed a partnership with Perry Mehta president and CEO FutureNetGroup Inc and established Solar Water Energy LLC. The company uses its breakthrough solar technology to build on-shore and off-shore desalination plants to help alleviate water and power shortages worldwide. One of its first solar desalination plants is currently under construction at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT) which is ranked among the Top Ten universities in India. The plant will be constructed with steel and copper and will purify up to 230000 liters of groundwater on campus each day. The recent World Water Forum warns that in 20 years half the world's population will be affected by water shortages which means more casualties of drought and hunger especially in developing nations. SWE is up for the challenge. Already we are responding to requests from governments and corporations from around the globe that want and need cost effective solutions to alleviate water and power shortages. Solutions to worldwide water shortages are within our grasp. At SWE we are excited about the possibilities that our breakthrough technology provides. We are extremely pleased that our solar desalination systems and solar thermal energy conversion systems will positively impact the quality of life for generations to come.
