The Company was incorporated on 22nd March 1995 under the Companies Act 1956 with Registrar of companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad as SUPER DOMESTIC MACHINES LIMITED. The Company obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 27th March 1995. Main Objects of the company for which the company as incorporate are "To carry on the business of cultivation growing in green house maintain cut flowers in cold storage exports and dealers in floriculture plantations mushroom cultivation & processing plant tissue culture vegetables fruits agricultural sericulture and horticultural products and manufacturing canning tinning dispose of and deal in the derivatives of said products. Company came out with the public issue in 1996 for setting up a project at a cost of around 660 Lacs at Block No.. 2199 Village Santej Santej Khatraj Road Tal. Kalol Dist. Mehsana (North Gujarat) declared a Category II backward area by Government of Gujarat as per Incentive Policy 1995-2000. Company has obtained acknowledgement for Industrial Entrepreneurs Memorandum from the Department of Industrial Development Secretariat for Industrial Approvals (SIA) Ministry of Industry Government of India New Delhi for the manufacture of Tea or Coffee makers Mixer Grinder Soda makers Portable Blenders Ice Cream Makers Electronic Gas Lighter etc. However later on the project was failed and company faced high financial crises 1997 onwards. In recent years company is being revived as the commercial activities started by the management. Business Profile Company at present is engaged in the business of trading of various kinds of Machine tools and machine parts required in general by various kinds of industries as well as for domestic use. Company has experience of about 4 years in the machine tool and parts business being run by the management personnel having good experience in the industry
