Sanjay Shah (Owner Chairman and Managing Director) I incorporated my flagship company Swarshilp Properties Limited in 1995 and had a few close and known people to work with me although the show was run by me personally. I was the Chairman and Managing Director at Swarshilp Properties Limited. During its good times Swarshilp Properties Limited had gone public in 1996. The company was then very well-known and successful after it introduced the concept of 'Flat with Furniture' in August 1997 under the brand name of 'Nandanvan'.
