The Ahmedabad Elite Golfers Association (TAEGA) was established in August 2006 with a handful of passionate and enthusiastic golfers who thought of coming together with passion for golf as a common factor and thought of encouraging more and more people to take to this sport. TAEGA is an association that solely works to popularize Golf and acts as a catalyst in the development of Golf as a sport along with business networking and socialising. Gujarat and specially Ahmedabad seeing fastest growth in India for new golf courses development thanks to the real estate boom the timing was right and today the group represents and associates itself as the new face to golf in this region.
