Mr. Bhupendra Sharma Managing Director is a seasoned banker having experience of more than 25 years in a top ranked bank among nationalized banks. Apart from post graduation in Accountancy and Business Statistics he is a certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and also cleared DRA examination of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance in the year 2012 with distinction marks. He also achieved second ranking in all-India merit in departmental promotion exam during bank service. He was selected for training in foreign exchange management and also picked up for intensive training in credit management. These trainings were programmes conducted by Central Staff Collage of Bank with their added advantage programme with on the job training as well. Being remained intensively trained in foreign exchange management he was stationed either in very large branches (VLB's) or extra ordinary large branches (ELB's). In his service in management cadre almost of the time worked in foreign exchange and credit management. During banking services opportunities were given to work in different geographical areas like Rajasthan Gujarat Maharashtra Punjab Delhi etc. and in this way he could be well equipped with the real expectations of corporates as well as bankers related to credit proposals. He was always of the opinion that to work in private sector is altogether a different kind of experience because in this way corporates can avail personalised services of an experienced banker away from banking counter as a real friend philosopher and guide. Hence opted voluntary retirement upon completion of banking service of 25 years and plugged himself immediately in private sector. He also opportunised exposure in a Mumbai based financial service company as head of Gujarat and Rajasthan for one and half year. In this way by the input of quality in knowledge and real time experience excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skill developed and as on date that is very much helpful in liasing with banks and financial institutions.
