He was reached at head chief post working with so many hotels like Hotel Patang Hotel Sabera Hotel Taj Plaza Hotel Kalpana Vaibhav Dinning hall Hotel Radhe. Then he work as managerial cadre to so many hotels Hotel Radhe Purohit Hotel He was skilled manager. He Worked with Gopi group of Hotel Ahmdabad & Palanpur (Mr. Rajendra Thakhar) & Hotel Gokul. In 1982 he came to Maharashtra & started Pav Bhajee - Pani Puri stall with helping hand of Wife in small town Koregaon Dist. Satara Maharashtra & later started catering business in 1988 at primary level. After struggling so many years he became famous in whole District. Firm got pick up after an order of Mr. Patankar (Vikram Singh's) son marriage ceremony catering order of 25000 people & 5000 VIP (MLA & RAS IPS & Mantri). Traditional Catering became very strong when his elder son Bharat joined the business. Later other two sons Manoj & Pushkar joined the same business firm became very strong coming together they made three to four big catering orders because of experienced chief skill labour & well organization. Manoj has completed education in commerce graduation from Pune university & Hotel Management Diploma from global institute. Later the firm got popularity as Sukhadev Mangal Seva Sukhadev Decorators & Catering & S. Catering Services. Sukhadev Caterers now has strength of 30 to 35 permanent staff & can extent strength up to 400 to 450 labour as & when require. S. Catering is now advanced organization having skill staff chief managers & skill workers. Sukhadev Caterers completes so many challenging orders (achievements) like 75000 food packets of 1 kg mithai & farsan in 72 hrs only. Sukhadev Caterers have -advanced cutlery crokery bonechina cutlery crockery VIP buffet setup roll tops VIP Chairs Tables & all the things required like SofaPalna etc. Mr. Chirag Patel' s Son of Vinod R. Patel after education joined the traditional business in 1994. He is master in management of total catering organization & in all the activities like purchasing managing staff labour.
